Question How to Use the Data
1. Activities students would like to try Cross-reference with inactive pupils to offer activities that could engage them.
2. Activity levels (Active / Semi-Active / Not Active) Identify inactive pupils and explore their barriers to increase their activity levels.
3. Barriers to participation Identify and address barriers stopping pupils from being active
4. Interest in school teams Find pupils who want to represent school teams but haven’t had the opportunity.
5. Participation in community clubs Identify pupils attending community sports clubs and link them with those who want to join but have no one to go with (from Question 11).
6. Interest in sports leadership Identify pupils who are keen to become sports leaders.
7. Swimming competence Provide evidence for Sports Premium and target non- swimmers for interventions.
8. Worries about transition to secondary school Identify pupils who need additional support with school transition.
9. Resilience Identify pupils with low resilience. Cross-reference with leadership interest to offer leadership training as a resilience-building strategy.
10. Wellbeing (Happy / OK / Sad most days) Identify pupils with low wellbeing for further support and intervention.
11. Trusted adult at school Identify pupils who feel they have no adult to talk to and ensure they are provided with appropriate support.
12. Travel to school  Identify pupils who travel by car and encourage the use of greener, more active travel options.
